La ventaja de ofrecerlos se asocia directa y positivamente en el nivel de eficiencia de los colaboradores as\u00ed como en el clima laboral en la organizaci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, manifest\u00f3 que una compa\u00f1\u00eda que ofrece incentivos es capaz de retener el talento en un entorno donde los competidores tienen en la mira a sus colaboradores m\u00e1s destacados.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Padilla, los tipos de bonos m\u00e1s utilizados en el mercado peruano son:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Bonos de productividad<\/strong>. Son los de mayor uso en el mercado local y se otorgan de manera individual o grupal seg\u00fan la consecuci\u00f3n de las metas en periodos espec\u00edficos. Estos adicionales a las utilidades legales anuales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Bonos por permanencia<\/strong>. Una manera de retener a los talentos m\u00e1s productivos es ofrecerles bonificaciones para permanecer por cierto periodo en la empresa, en cuyo t\u00e9rmino se le otorgar\u00e1 esta bonificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Bonos por firma de contrato<\/strong>. Son efectivos para atraer talento de otras organizaciones y tienen como fin compensar los beneficios que el nuevo colaborador dejar\u00eda de percibir al renunciar a su anterior empleo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Vales mensuales de alimentos<\/strong>.
